Hello there! I am Reiiyz/Rei.
I am a self taught digital artist and have been doing digital art for as long as I can remember.Any art that is commissioned/requested by me takes up to 4 days - 1 week. If there happens to be a delay in an art piece, I will let you know ASAP so you're aware.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning/requesting me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
!! Please be aware I am a University Student so commissions may take longer than intended !!

GENERAL TERMS

i. I have the right to refuse any artwork I feel uncomfortable doing.
ii. Please prepare at least one reference, your character, and what type of artwork you're looking for. This will help me create the perfect drawing for you!
iii. Please try to request in a clear and concise manner.
iv. Any disrespectful behavior's during the process can lead to your drawing being declined and not finished.
v. Remember that I am too a real person that does not spend all of my time on drawing. So if an emergency or incident comes up, please be patient!

PAYMENT

i. Once I have shown you the sketch of the drawing, you must pay in full before I can continue on. (Does not apply to requests)
ii. Please do not be afraid of asking about certain payment plans if it makes you more comfortable. E.g. pay 50% of the drawing once the sketch is sent and pay the other 50% once the drawing is finished.
iii. If you are unhappy with the drawing and would like a refund, you would have to let me know within 7 days after the drawing has been finished. If refunded, you will lose ownership to the drawing.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

i. During the process of the artwork, you are allowed to request any changes.
ii. After an artwork is finished, you can only request small changes to the drawing if needed. For example, colouring mistakes, small details, marking mistakes.
iii. If you were to request a major change to the piece after it's finished, such as clothing change, different hairstyle, background change, you would have to pay an extra fee.

COPYRIGHT + USAGE

i. Because I am the original creator of the artwork, I have every right to the piece.
ii. I am allowed to use the artwork as promotion, display it wherever to my liking, post it wherever I'd like.
iii. You, the commissioner, are allowed to only use it for personal use unless discussed otherwise with me. You claim the right of the character but not the artwork.
iv. You are not allowed to, take credit of the drawing, remove my watermark and/or alter the artwork without my consent, make money off of it. If failure to follow these rules, you will no longer have the ownership of the drawing.
